By creating an account or using Digital Receipt, you agree to these Terms. This is a launch template — obtain legal review before public commercial launch.
1. The service
Digital Receipt provides software to create, share, and manage digital sales receipts and related business tools subject to your subscription plan.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Fees are charged via Stripe. Taxes may apply. See our Refund Policy for refunds. Failed payments may result in restricted access after a grace period.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse sharing features, or store unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that threaten security or violate these Terms.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of business and receipt data you submit. You grant us a license to host and process it to operate the service.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
