This policy applies to paid Digital Receipt subscriptions billed in MYR. Consumer protection laws may give you additional rights that this policy cannot override.
Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts. You may cancel anytime to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period when canceled through the billing portal.
Annual plans
Annual plans may be eligible for a prorated refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if you have not substantially used paid features — contact support. Renewals follow the same cancellation rules as monthly plans.
Tax (SST)
If SST was collected on a payment, any approved refund will follow the same tax treatment as the original charge through the payment provider.
How to request a refund
Email support@asterovasys.com with your account email and reason. Approved refunds are processed via the payment provider used at checkout.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can help. Unresolved abuse of chargebacks may result in account suspension.
